Sania - Shoaib : Two Negatives Make A Positive

 

Sania Mirza biggest tennis star from India has surprised many by her decision to marry Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik. This revoked a mixed response from many in our country. There were very few who wished her & many condemned her decision.

It is after all an individuals wish to decide about their personal life. One can express happiness and wish new couples for a happy married life. One should not bring their personal feelings of unhappiness on others personal life, if done it is unethical & illegal.

It is very unfortunate that many politicians seem to have forgotten their useful services to the country and indulge in unwanted issues and causing nuisance to the common public. They expect that all the celebrities should dance to their tunes. This sort of attitude must be condemned by one and all. When political parties cannot do anything good for India at least they can stop creating havoc and making people’s life miserable.

For some dirty politicians patriotism is all about using foul language for minority. Media is a safe & great platform for them to take undue advantage of situations. This is not the first cross border marriage; even Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams left the country and married foreigners.

Marriage is personal choice between two individual. It has nothing to do with nation boundaries and political issues. In this democratic country, every individual has got a right to choose their life partner and get married. It is Sania's decision and whether she marries a Pakistani or an Indian is her look out. Nobody has the right to interfere and dictate terms on her marriage. One has to keep the personal issues out of politics, there are many Indian Men as well as women who had a cross border marriage, since she is famous her news is out, so what is the big issue in that.

Sania Mirza has earned many laurels for the country. But she has not excelled in the game for the last few years. We should be more concerned with her tennis career which has nothing great to comment on. No Olympic medal or Grand Slams win. Only thing is that she is India’s best female tennis player & over hyped by the media. She is known more for glamour than talent. Even in future her chances of winning Grand Slams are very less.

But one thing I would like to mention, Sania must know that her marriage is not taking place peacefully but with many hurdles. Sania will always be called as second wife of Shoaib. Still I don’t understand what made sania to go ahead of this marriage. She must check the past records of married Indian women with Pakistani men.

Just few months back Sania called off her engagement with childhood friend Sohrab citing 'incompatibility' & was looking Shoaib from past several months. Shoaib is known for his multiple affairs and false marriage promises. Let’s hope for the positive outcome, multiplying the two negative make a positive.

I read in a news paper that an astrologer predicting the names, Sania and Shoiab begin with the same alphabet. Numerological, it is a good omen & there will be harmonious vibrations between the two. ( Mr Astrologer, Then why Sohrab was dropped like a hot potato)

Anyhow I Congratulate Shoaib Malik as this is his best achievement ever & I just wish Sania a Happy Married Life and may her marriage last long.
