Our planet is divided into many different countries which have many different races of people, different customs, and different manners. Each country has its own way of greeting people.

Why do we greet people?

It's an important ritual of life that we practice every day. Our greetings to others reveal our personality and our outlook on the world.

Greeting people ... what exactly makes this such an attractive quality?

It's amazing how this one thing can brighten someone's day. Greeting others warmly will endear you to them.

When you see someone you know, how do you greet them?

The answer tells a lot about you. Are you confident? Are you trying too hard? Are you apathetic? Are you happy?

Greeting others can prevent a problem before it even begins , because it simply makes people feel better to be acknowledged and provided the joy of a warm voice and a smile.

When you see a person you know, or talk to them on the phone, your first remark should always be a greeting . No matter how simple it is. A greeting can be anything from Hi, Hello to something more, but the point is to be happy to see the person and to let it show.

Allways greet your co-workers, neighbors, and friends when you see them .Even the ones you don't particularly like. And if you happen to have an "enemy" of some kind whom

you are forced to deal with, say "good morning" anyway. Being kind, civil, and gracious will give you the upper hand, not them. It shows that you are in control, and that no one can take your class away and make you stoop to a lower level.

Bob Grant says, Greet the ones you really love, too ! Allways greet your family members when you see them. Hug your sister or brother, your aunt and uncle. Hug and kiss your children. Kiss your boyfriend or husband every time you meet. Hug your friends. If you're a teenager, hug your friends' parents when you see them. They'll love you for it.more you give out, the more people will want to be around you.

The way you greet others is one way you can set yourself apart from all the rest.
